The hotel got sued because they recommended a taxi/limo that was illegal then it got into an accident.
The cab didn%26#039;t have the right insurance according to city code. Therefore making it an illegal cab. When the lawyers got a hold of it they did what they always do. Sued everybody involved. Since the hotel referred the person to that cab they were held accountable. If you can provide a link to the story I%26#039;d appreciate it.

I haven%26#039;t heard of it, but it%26#039;s no surprise. Lawyers always go after the deep pockets - and that%26#039;s NOT going to be a cab.
