um, don%26#039;t you have to renew a drivers license right away or you can%26#039;t drive since the license is expired and not current, right?

depends on what state you live in. usually you have to take a written test over again and some states require a road test

NO, not if you plan on driving. If you plan on driving you better have it legit or your get a nice huge ticket.
